Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping Cost
We're based in Queensland and ship Australia-wide.
Always free. Every price you see already includes shipping - there's nothing added at checkout, ever - with free shipping on every order, always.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your gathering is on its way.
Carrier
We currently ship via Australia Post or Couriers Please - chosen for reliability and fair rates across Australia.
Packaging
Every order arrives in home-compostable or recycled packaging.
Because every gathering is one of one, we don't offer traditional returns - but we also know pre-loved shopping, and a changing body, can feel like a risk. So here's how we handle it instead.
Store Credit, Return Required
If a gathering doesn't fit or isn't quite right, reach out within 14 days of delivery - we'll ask you to return the piece to us (postage is at your cost), and once it arrives back with us, we'll issue your store credit toward your next gathering.
Can I return individual pieces from my Gathering?
Because each Gathering has been thoughtfully curated and priced as a complete collection, we aren't able to accept returns of individual pieces for change-of-mind or fit concerns.
If your Gathering isn't quite right for you, you may return the complete Gathering within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided it meets our return conditions.
If an individual piece is faulty or significantly different from its description, please get in touch. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply, and we'll work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
If Something Isn’t Right
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a gathering is significantly not as described, or arrives faulty in a way we didn't disclose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law, regardless of our standard store credit policy above. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.
