How do your gatherings work?

Every gathering is a one-of-one, curated capsule - a small collection of pre-loved pieces chosen to work together, styled around a specific stage: pregnancy, the fourth trimester, or returning to work. Once a gathering sells, it's gone for good. What you see is genuinely all there is.

What are Wandering Pieces?

Some pieces don't wait to be gathered. They wander on their own, one at a time, until they find exactly who they were always meant for. A lovely lower-commitment way to try Sincerely, Serendipity for the first time.

What size will I need?

The size is listed clearly on each individual gathering - since every piece is unique, sizing varies gathering to gathering rather than following a fixed chart. We deliberately choose forgiving, flexible-fit pieces that move with a changing body, so you don't need to know your exact measurements to shop with confidence.

Can I request a specific size or style?

Because every gathering is one-of-one, we can't create custom requests - but if you're after something specific, feel free to reach out, and we'll let you know if something in your size and style is coming in a future drop.

How often do new gatherings drop?

New pieces are released regularly as we source and curate them - follow along on Instagram for first look at each drop.

What if a gathering doesn't fit?

We know pregnant and postpartum bodies change quickly, so if a gathering isn't right for you, we offer store credit rather than a refund. To receive credit, the piece needs to be returned to us (postage paid by you) within 14 days of delivery - once received, your credit is issued and carries forward toward your next gathering, whenever you're ready for it.

Do you accept returns?

For change-of-mind or fit concerns, we offer store credit on eligible returns within 14 days of delivery, rather than cash refunds. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply if an item is faulty or not as described. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Where do the clothes come from?

Every piece is pre-loved - sourced, hand-checked, and curated by us specifically for its stage, fit, and feel. Nothing is mass-produced or bought new.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. Our packaging is home-compostable or recycled wherever possible, right down to the tissue paper and tape.

Do gatherings come with styling help?

Yes - every gathering includes The Serendipity Edit, an emailed styling guide showing several outfit combinations using the pieces inside, so you're never left guessing how to wear what you've been sent.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Absolutely! Our Give the Gift of Serendipity vouchers are perfect for baby showers or any moment you want to give someone something that feels truly considered. Sent electronically as standard, or for +$10 as a physical gift box with tissue paper, a paper voucher card, and a handwritten-style note. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

When will my gathering be shipped?

We're based in Queensland and ship Australia-wide. Gatherings are typically dispatched within 3 business days of order - you'll receive tracking as soon as it's on its way.
